If I could give them no stars I would. I’ve ordered from here several times and there always seems to be a hiccup. I ordered a dress that was back ordered. It came in stock and they had an incorrect expiration for my card. I called them to change and emailed them several times and they never processed the order. It’s super frustrating. Don’t use them!

Well where do I start I bought multiple trainers revolve had in stoc through my card and they took the money. However they took my money, but never received any confirmations etc. No from what I see other orders have been cancelled. I have been left in the dark with my money still not refunded a week later.
Whenever I speak on live chat they refer me to email, but no one responds on email. The phone number just makes me wait for over 20 minutes with no indication how long it’ll be so overall it’s probably got to be the worst company to deal.

Worst buying process, worst fit, worst quality, worst return, worst customer service. I promise to never purchase here again.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but the reviews convinced me to give them a go. Overall I'm impressed - very quick delivery, considering the items are shipped from overseas. Customer service also respond promptly, and are very helpful. Item quality a little variable, that's the only thing I would say.

Revolve’s was the best price I could find for this bag anywhere on the internet. I was initially hesitant to order as was sceptical that the product would reach me in the U.K. within a week from America - but it did! It was in perfect condition and well packaged. No customs charges to pay either. I will definitely shop through Revolve again.
The parcel was half a day later than expected , but that didn’t make any difference - Fedex kept me updated throughout.

If you live in the UAE do not order from this website. They do not cover returns like most other retail companies now do. You will find yourself paying almost what you paid for the items just to send them back . Outrageous!!!

Ordered a pair of Levi shorts that I can't seem to purchase or find anywhere in Aus. and that I fell in love with on their website. Very fast shipping from what I recall, with item being as described. Although one thing that was a bit of annoying was that I was charged on my account for a second pair of the shorts that I had never ordered/ placed, however customer service was very nice, helpful and rapid and gave me a refund, sorting out the issue

Terrible quality for overpriced items. The items I order never match what is shown in the pictures. I returned my item over a month ago and have yet to receive my refund, even though they said they would process refunds 2-3 business days after the delivery date. This company is a scam. Don’t buy from them and spend your money somewhere else.

I was a bit worried spending $317 on a dress. But my daughter really wanted it, so I took a chance. It came quickly and looked like the photo. Very well made. Really thick and heavy quality fabric. Zero complaints so far. It doesn't feel or look cheap at all. I'd order again for sure.

I've ordered several times from Revolve and each time was impressed with the fast dispatch and shipping and clear communication. I thought the pandemic would slow down the service but was impressed with my latest order again.

They need to get their size chart right. I ordered an XS item which was way too big to be an extra small so I ordered a size down which was an XXS which was also way too big. I don’t think they know what an XS or XXS is. Items are way too big.

My first but definitely not my last order from Revolve. Absolutely gorgeous clothes and probably quickest delivery I've ever recieved! My order was sent from the U.S to Germany in less than 2 days! Ordered Wednesday afternoon and recieved my package friday morning, outstanding!
